কম্পিউটার বা ল্যাপটপে দৈনন্দিন ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহার থেকে শুরু করে অফিস - আদালতে এবং প্রফেশনাল লেখালেখির কাজে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা যে সফটওয়্যারটি রাখে সেটি হচ্ছে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড (Microsift Word)। এটিকে নতুন করে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেওয়ার আসলে কিছুই নেই। তবে, মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড (Microsift Word) এর স্কিল বাড়াতে বা লেখালেখি আরো দ্রুত গতিতে করতে আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই এর শটকার্ট গুলোন জানতে হবে কেননা কীবোর্ড দিয়ে লেখালেখি করার সময় হঠাৎ করে মাউস দিয়ে কিছু করতে গেলে বিরক্তকর লাগে। মাউস ব্যবহার না করে এই কাজগুলোনা আমরা খুব সহজেই কীবোর্ড দিয়ে করে নিতে পারব এই শটকার্টগুলোন দিয়ে। তো চলেন দেরি না করে দেখে নেওয়া যাক এর শটকার্টগুলোন।

Microsoft Word Keyboard Shortcuts (মাইক্রোসফ্ট ওয়ার্ড কীবোর্ড শর্টকাট)

  • Ctrl + A = সিলেক্ট অল। (All Select)
  • Ctrl + B = টেক্সট বোল্ড। (Bold)
  • Ctrl + C = কোন কিছু কপি করা। (Copy)
  • Ctrl + D = ফন্ট পরিবর্তনের ডায়ালগ বক্স প্রদর্শন করা।
  • Ctrl + E = সেন্টার এলাইনমেন্ট করা।
  • Ctrl + F = কোন শব্দ খোঁজা বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা। (Find World)
  • Ctrl + G = গো টু কমান্ড।
  • Ctrl + H = রিপ্লেস কমান্ড। (Replace)
  • Ctrl + I = টেক্সট ইটালিক। (Italic)
  • Ctrl + J = টেক্সট জাস্টিফাইড এলাইনমেন্ট করা। (Justify)
  • Ctrl + K = হাইপারলিংক তৈরী করা। (Hyperlink)
  • Ctrl + L = টেক্সট লেফট এলাইনমেন্ট করা। (Left Align)
  • Ctrl + M = ইনভেন্ট দেয়ার জন্য।
  • Ctrl + N = নতুন কোন ডকুমেন্ট খোলার জন্য। (New File)
  • Ctrl + O = পূর্বে তৈরী করা কোন ফাইল খোলার জন্য। (File Open)
  • Ctrl + P = ডকুমেন্ট প্রিন্ট। (Print)
  • Ctrl + Q = প্যারাগ্রাফের মাঝে স্পেসিং করার জন্য।
  • Ctrl + R = টেক্সটকে রাইট এলাইনমেন্ট করা। (Right Align)
  • Ctrl + S = ফাইল সেভ। (Save)
  • Ctrl + T = ইনডেন্ট পরিবর্তন করার জন্য।
  • Ctrl + U = টেক্সট আন্ডারলাইন।(Underline)
  • Ctrl + V = টেক্সট পেষ্ট করার জন্য।(Paste)
  • Ctrl + W = ফাইল বন্ধ করার জন্য। (Close File)
  • Ctrl + X = ডকুমেন্ট থেকে কিছু কাট করার জন্য। (Cut)
  • Ctrl + Y = রিপিট করার জন্য। (Redo)
  • Ctrl + Z = আন্ডু বা পূর্বের অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনা। (Undo)


The use of function keys (ফাংশন Key এর ব্যাবহার)

  • F1: প্রায় সব প্রোগ্রামেরই হেল্প স্ক্রিন খুলে যায় এই Key টিপলে। অর্থাৎ, ধরুন আপনি কোনও একটি প্রোগ্রাম সম্পর্কে জানেন না। F1 টিপলেই সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রোগ্রাম
    • সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য ও প্রশ্নোত্তর সমেত একটি স্ক্রিন খুলে যাবে আপনার ডেস্কটপে।
  • F2: কোনও একটি ফাইল বা ফোল্ডারের rename দিতে গেলে, অনেকেই মাউজের সাহায্য নেন। শর্টকাটটা হল F2। মাউজের প্রয়োজনই পড়বে না।
  • F3: কোনও একটি অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের (সেই মুহূর্তে যে অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি ব্যবহার করছেন) সার্চ ফিচার খুলে যায় এই Key টিপলে।
  • F4: উইন্ডো বন্ধ করার জন্য F4 দারুণ শর্টকাট। Alt+F4 টিপলে অ্যাক্টিভ উইন্ডো বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
  • F5: কোনও একটি পেজ রিফ্রেশ বা রিলোড করতে গেলে খামোখা মাউজ নাড়াচাড়ায় সময় নষ্ট না করে F5 টিপে দিন।
  • F6: এই Key টিপলে ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজারে কারসার সোজা চলে যায় অ্যাডড্রেস বার-এ।
  • F7: মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড বা কোনও অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে কিছু লেখার পর বানান ও ব্যাকরণগত কোনও ভুল থাকলে ধরিয়ে দেবে F7।
  • F8: উইন্ডোজের বুট মেনুকে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন এই Key-এর মাধ্যমে।
  • F9: মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডে কোনও ডকুমেন্ট রিফ্রেশ করতে চাইলে ও মাইক্রোসফট আউটলুকে ই-মেল পাঠানো ও রিসিভের কাজ মিটে যায় এই শর্টকাট Key-এর সাহায্যে।
  • F10: কোনও একটি অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে মেনু বার আনতে গেলে বেশির ভাগ মানুষই রাইট ক্লিক করেন মাউজে। দরকারই পড়ে না যদি আপনি shift+F10 ব্যবহার করেন। রাইট ক্লিকেরই কাজ করে।
  • F11: ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজারে ফুলস্ক্রিন মোডে ঢুকতে ও বেরতে কাজ করে F11 Key।
  • F12: মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডে ডকুমেন্ট Save as করতে গেলে মাউজের সাহায্য না নিয়ে এই Key-এ শর্টকাটে সেরে ফেলুন।
